Equipment: booty band (I am using a fabric one)
This Pilates Sculpt class (no cardio) is all about the slow burn. We focus mainly on toning the glutes, while getting in a little bit of core work as well. I love using a thicker fabric band in this class, but you can certainly use a lighter elastic band or no equipment at all! Enjoy xx
