Equipment: optional ankle weights (I am using 1lb ankle weights)
In this 37 minute full body Pilates sculpt we use light ankle weights to tone your arms, abs, legs, and glutes. We start class slow with a little stretching and breathing, then move into a full body standing warm up, followed by a quick plank series, a table top series to sculpt the glutes and inner thighs, and finish with a quick ab burner. This class is low impact and does not include any cardio. Ankle weights are absolutely optional, but I do love how it adds an extra burn in this class! Elvy really got into this one lol. Enjoy xx
