In this low impact 29 minute workout we focus on toning the arms and abs by combining elements of mat Pilates and sculpt. The only equipment you will need is a mat and optional light dumbbells (anywhere from 1-3lbs). This class is meant to be taken at a slower pace (focusing on mind body connection) and doesn’t involve any cardio. I love pairing this flow with a walk to feel my best! Enjoy xx
