Pilates Sculpt is a mixture of traditional mat Pilates and low impact, lightweight sculpting moves. In this class we work the entire body from head to toe on the mat with a plank series, table top series focusing on the glutes, and end with a mat Pilates ab sequence. No cardio here, but you will still work up a sweat in this low impact class! (If you have lightweight ankle weights, feel free to add them for an extra burn).
