New to at home Pilates workouts and don’t know where to start? Strengthen, lengthen, & sculpt with 10 days of low impact movement with this program. Workouts are 30 minutes or less with no equipment required, except your mat and optional light ankle weights. Mat Pilates not only transformed by entire body, but more importantly taught me so much about the effect daily movement has on my mental health. These workouts helped me to gain confidence, find beauty in strength, and build a positive relationship with exercise. I’m excited to start this journey with you and I hope you guys enjoy xx
