This 45 minute low impact class focuses on stretching while toning your glutes, core, and legs. You’ll find an emphasis on mind body connection in this Pilates sculpt workout as we take time to carefully warm up the core and glutes to prepare us for a spicy table top series that leads into one of my favorite standing sumo series to really burn the legs and glutes. We finish class with a quick abs and inner thighs series and wrap it all up with some slow stretching to cool down. Enjoy xx
