In this gentle arms and abs pilates sculpt class we take things slow at first with a mat Pilates series to get deep into the abdominals. We then move into an upper body sculpting series and finish with an upper body burnout. Hand weights are totally optional, you will still get in a good burn just using your bodyweight with this one!
