Equipment: 15lb dumbbells, band, bench
In this circuit style workout we focus on strengthening just the glutes and legs working in 50 second intervals with 15 seconds of rest between exercises. We start out with a longer warmup focusing on opening up the hips and turning on the glutes for ultimate mind body connection. We then move through 3 rounds of 4 different lower body exercises and finish with a quick and spicy burnout for the glutes. I suggest using slightly heavier weights in today’s workout (anywhere from 8-15lb dumbbells). I really loved this one and hope you guys do as well! Xx
