Equipment: 3lb dumbbells, optional mini ball
We work the entire body in this Pilates sculpt workout featuring one of my favorite props–the mini ball. We start with a spicy ab series, followed by full body bridge series, then sculpt the glutes with a table top series using your mini ball for an extra burn, and finish with an arm burnout using light dumbbells. Mini ball is optional for this workout, but it does add a fun extra challenge. This workout is low impact with no cardio. Enjoy xx
