In this 40 minute Cardio Pilates Sculpt class we tone the entire body while getting in a killer sweat with added cardio intervals. As always, this workout can 100% be performed with 0 equipment and provides modifications for high impact movements. We begin with a little breath work to center, move through a killer arm series, standing leg series, and finish with traditional mat Pilates abs with cardio intervals in between. Enjoy! xx
