Equipment: 3lb weights, band
This workout is perfect for those craving to really sculpt their glutes while still incorporating light full body movements. We start class with a longer warm up focusing on waking up the core and opening the hips before getting into a killer standing band series and finish class with a spicy table top series to lengthen the body. Band is optional, but I highly suggest adding it in for an extra burn. Enjoy xx
