Equipment: optional ankle weights (I am using 1lb)
This 30 minute Pilates sculpt class focuses on strengthening your glutes with a small cardio burst at the end of class to boost your mood and leave you feeling energized. We move through a quick warm up followed by a table top series on each leg where you can expect to feel the burn in all angles of your glutes. We then finish with a standing series that includes just a small amount of cardio (low impact modifications are available) that is not only great for cardiovascular health, but also to get your feel good endorphins going and leave you feeling energized and ready to take on your day. Ankle weights are totally optional! Enjoy xx
