Equipment: 3lb weights
In this 30 minute Pilates Sculpt class we focus on strengthening the arms and abs with a blend of mat Pilates sequences combined with light weight sculpt. All movements are low impact, making this class a great one for all levels. We really focus on taking movements slow and connecting with our breath throughout class, so if you need 30 minutes to simply chill out and get in a little bit of movement–this class is for you!
