I originally did this workout after a stressful day where I really didn't feel like moving at all, but needed to shift the energy and get into a better headspace. This quick flow did just that while working the arms, shoulders, core and glutes. This workout is very low impact and will lengthen you from head to toe, while leaving you with a brand new peace of mind when you leave the mat.
