This workout is a quick 26 minute burner that focuses on toning the glutes, core, and arms. This class is low impact and easy on the joints, but you can expect to get in a good sweat as move fairly quick. Equipment is optional, but I love adding light hand weights to challenge the upper body in this class. Enjoy xx
