Equipment: 5lb dumbbells, 1lb ankle weights or dumbbells
In this 46 minute low impact class we focus on strengthening arms, abs, and back by combining elements of mat pilates and sculpt. This class moves slow, but heats up quick. We begin class by warming up just the arms with our light weights, then move into our mat work which focuses on carving out the obliques and back. Afterwards we grab our heavy weights and move into one of my favorite deep core and upper body sculpt circuits (you can definitely expect your arms and abs to be challenged here). We finish with an arm burnout using our heavy weights. I truly felt every muscle in my upper body worked in this class! Enjoy xx
