In this Rise Up Cardio Pilates sculpt class we go heavy on the mat Pilates abs, move through a standing leg and booty series with a heavier 10 lb dumbbell, and finish with a killer booty band burn out at the end – all complimented with fun cardio intervals to get the heart rate up and those endorphins flowing.
