Equipment: Optional Ankle Weights (I am using 1lb ankle weights)
This Pilates Sculpt class is low impact, but still challenging. Expect to lengthen and tone your arms, core, glutes and legs in this spicy full body flow. Ankle weights are optional! We start with core, strengthen the legs, glutes and inner thighs with a standing and table top series, then end with one of my favorite arm burnouts. This class is not only perfect for my Pilates queens, but also my girls who love supplementing their strength workouts with low impact movement (this class amazing for sculpting, lengthening, breathing, and slowing your body down while still remaining challenging). Enjoy xx
