Equipment: ankle weights
You can expect to sculpt your entire body in this classic MM Pilates Sculpt class. We do move a little bit slower in this workout to really focus on form and mind body connection. We start class with a four point kneeling series for the glutes, followed by mat Pilates abs, a spicy bridge series, and end class with a quick standing series to burn out your legs and arms. I highly suggest using light ankle weights for this class (we start with them on our ankles and end with them around our wrists). Enjoy xx
