Equipment: 3lb dumbbells, sliders
In this 35 minute spicy Pilates Sculpt class we strengthen the arms, abs, legs, and glutes by using one of my favorite pieces of equipment–sliders. (You can always use a towel or socks if you don’t have sliders). The sliders allow us to get deep into the core, as well as the legs and glutes in one of my favorite standing series.
