This 40 minute slow burn Pilates classes focuses on toning the deep core and glutes. We start class with core work using mind body connection to get deep into the abdominals. After firing up your abs, we move into a deep slow burn for all angles of your glutes. This class is low impact and doesn’t involve any standing work. No equipment necessary, but you can add your ankle weights to this class if you want an extra burn! Enjoy xx
