This Pilates sculpt style class will strengthen your arms and core while also getting your heart rate up with light cardio intervals. This is not an HIIT style class, so cardio is kept short, light and sweet–just enough to get those feel good endorphins going and get in a little sweat. Even though this class includes light cardio, we take movements with the Pilates mini slow focusing on form, breath work, stretching and mind body connection. Enjoy xx
