Equipment: 10lb dumbbells, 5lb dumbbells, optional ankle weights
The first half of this class is circuit style using slightly heavier weights to focus on building full body strength. The second half of this workout is focuses on sculpting, lengthening, and burning out the body with light hand weights and ankle weights. No cardio in this class, but you will still get in an amazing sweat! Take movements slow to really focus on mind body connection and listen to your body by modifying when needed. Enjoy xx
