Build your best mind and body with feel good Pilates, sculpt, and HIIT workouts taught by Mils Method creator and certified mat Pilates instructor, Amelia Coggin.
After not seeing desired results after years of heavy lifting and intense group classes, Amelia found Pilates and cultivated her own method that has helped her and others feel confident, strong, and healthier than ever (mental and physically).
Each follow along workout is sure to leave you sweaty with little to no equipment necessary. Have your workout of the day chosen for you by following the monthly calendar or select a workout based on length of time, muscle group focus, or intensity. The MM app is sure to keep you motivated, on track, and deliver results with Amelia's signature method of combining elements of traditional mat Pilates, sculpt/strength, and cardio moves.

40 Minute Full Body Pilates Sculpt with a Mini Ball
Equipment: mini ball, 2lb weights
You can expect to feel every single muscle working in this 40 minute full body. We spend the first part of class with a standing arm series using the ball to challenge core stability, we then move onto the mat for deep core work, and spend the rest of class sculpting every angle of the glutes with a bridge series, swan series, and one of my favorite side series. We finish class with a standing burnout that’s low impact, but will still get you sweating to finish strong. I hope you all enjoy and feel amazing after this workout!
